Will my item come boxed? -
Yes all items are sent in a suitable box for carriage
What shipping service do you use?
We use Royal mail services for all our shipping. UK special delivery insured or Worldwide tracked & signed for.
Do you provide a written receipt?
Your invoice will be enclosed with your item describing your purchase.
Can i phone and ask questions about the items?
Yes please use the phone number provided here. We encourage this.
Can i request a condition report?
Yes we can provide a detailed condition report but stones will not be unset.
Do you accept returns?
As per consumer contract regulations we accept returns. You have 14 days from the date of receipt of the item to return the item in its original condition for a full refund. We do not cover your return postage. The item returned MUST be sent via insured and tracked shipping.
When can i expect to receive my item?
In the Uk you will receive your item via next day delivery on orders placed before 1pm the previous day. Overseas delivery cannot be guaranteed a timeframe but will normally take 10 days.
Covid-19?
We are fortunate to be in a low risk area of the UK and each item is cleaned and disinfected prior to postage.
